ABOUT
Leslie E. Billet, founder and Principal of L.E.BilletAssociates, LLC, has 20 years of experience as an institutional investment consultant, working with large pension plans and other pools of assets, managing $6 billion of assets. She has experience working with boards of directors, managing teams of professionals, and creating investment programs to achieve plan goals. She has always served in a fiduciary capacity. Leslie has worked extensively with investment managers, accountants, lawyers and actuaries to satisfy client needs. Leslie has her BA, magna cum laude, in political science from Boston University; and her MBA in finance from Baruch College of CUNY. Leslie is also a Commissioner, by appointment, on the Bergen County Human Relations Commission.
Leslie created L.E.BilletAssociates, LLC to work with professional services firms to expand business and revenue growth opportunities. She focuses on client management and staff development strategies, and communications strategies related to those practices. She works with small, emerging, minority and women-owned firms. They may be early stage, or more established firms whose revenue growth has slowed and whose business model could benefit from revitalizing strategies.
